Constructivism: interpretation problem The theory of constitutionalism is based on the concept that there is a natural human motivation to understand the world. Instead of absorbing or passively accepting objective knowledge of "being there", the learner aggressively pursues knowledge by integrating new information and experiences into understanding, modification and reinterpretation of previous knowledge Building on. New knowledge has been adjusted (Billett 1996). Cognitive structures constructed by learners include procedural knowledge (methods, techniques, skills, abilities) and knowledge about propositions (ie facts, concepts, propositions).

There are two types of constructivism. They are cognitive constructivism and socio-cultural constitutiveism. Cognitive constructivism was developed by Piaget. He conceptualized learning as a result based on personal experience and previous knowledge. Social and cultural constructivism was developed by Vygotsky. He assumes building an understanding by interacting with others in a social context in which knowledge is applied. There are different assumptions among them, but similarity lies in the relationship between experience and the creation of meaning of the learner by his own consciousness.

The premise of constructivism is that we all build our own worldview based on personal experience and internal knowledge. Learning is based on how individuals explain and create their experiences. Knowledge is built by learners. Because everyone has different experiences and perceptions. Therefore, each learning is unique. Constructivist theorists believe that learning is the process by which individuals build new ideas and concepts based on previous knowledge and experience. Each one of us creates our own spiritual model and we use them to understand our experience. We solve the contradiction between ideas and reflect the theoretical explanation. Therefore learning is just a process of adapting our mental model to our new experience.

In constructivism, learning is the process of building your own subjective reality. Learning is a positive and constructive process. Learners create their own reality interpretation. Learning is considered an active process and new information is associated with old information rather than being learned. Knowledge develops through the process of contextualization

Constructivistic learning theory is defined as a way for learners or individuals to build knowledge from past experiences. Constructivism is often related to teaching methods and often promotes learning through learning and practice. Since constructivism focuses on individual learning thoughts, construction is called learning meaning. Constructivist theory thinks that individuals can generate knowledge through interactions between experiences and thoughts. Constitutionalism attempts to understand the interactions between individuals from infancy to adulthood and to understand how to learn from experience and behavior patterns. Constitutionalism theory was attributed to Jean Piaget and Jean Piaget revealed these mechanisms stating that knowledge was internalized by learners. Piaget said that by adapting to the process of accommodation and assimilation, individuals can build new knowledge from past experiences.
