Constitutional Framers

The Constitutional enactor conceived a national government, like Plato's cave, "to get rid of ordinary Americans' day-to-day work and thoughts." They assumed Washington, DC as a cultural sanctuary equivalent to the capital of European countries, economically and socially. Compared to the founder's very high ambition, the reality of the Washington community is a disaster and must withstand bad purgatory. The socially and economically poor capital combines living conditions and isolation of Sparta.

It is rare that a constitutionalist can continue to discuss the period the president should be allowed to serve. The "Federal provision" which is the predecessor of the "Constitution" does not prescribe such a position, but grants legislative and enforcement rights to Congress. The only other examples of them are the best national executives who are exactly opposite to them - King of England - that is a worrisome model. Several constitutionalists, including Alexander Hamilton and James Madison, believe that the president should not be elected by citizens, but rather the lifetime service appointed by Congress. Of course, for other people, this seems like a "King" like George Mason in Virginia who said the US president's word would be "election monarchy". But surprisingly, when Hamilton and Madison proposed a presidential candidate for a lifetime vote, it failed only two votes.

Despite the lack of attention to the executive branch, historian Jaclakov said that the president's founding is "the most creative act" of the manufacturer. In Article 2 of the new Constitution, the authors offered something new to the world. It is the CEO that power is not from genetics or power but from people. However, the Constitution hardly means that the President will become like power like the present age. Developers clearly believe that the legislative body is more influential. Madison wrote, "It is rare for executives like us to make enough proposals to resist legislation." Among the delegates, the only Alexander Hamilton strongly supports the executive with ability comparable to that of the European monarch.
