Congress Must have Term Limits

The longest member of Congress is Robert C. Byrd. He participated on January 3, 1959 and resigned on June 28, 2010. He is the longest member of Congress, serving 51 years, 5 months and 26 days. He is one of the many people who have served in Parliament for over 25 years. The president has a time limit. Because the same person does not want to rule the United States. Whenever Congress makes people really angry (which seems most likely in most cases), our domestic legislators must face term restrictions.
