As we all know, conflict is inseparable in all human interactions. In any organization, role differentiation is useful for a variety of purposes in competitive processing. Work instruction, compensation, supervision, training, and performance evaluation also include the use of dispute resolution methods. Organizational change and control can also be seen from a dispute perspective. Conflict may be incorporated into causal factors to explain the nature or dynamics of specific tissue phenomena (Brown and Peterson, 1993).

The style of contention management is an interesting topic. It is how people usually resolve conflicts. Disputes in today's fast-paced world, especially in the workplace, often result in conflict. When the workplace is a life-threatening health care environment, emotions are high and need to work in many different fields.
