Conflict management is always an interesting topic within the organization. I am a senior security analyst at India's L & T company. As a senior member, conflict management is one of the most rewarding aspects for me. In the workplace, we are always firefighters and we are responsible for dealing with the ongoing technical issues of our company (software developer) and external (customer and partner) customers. In addition to addressing existing issues, our team needs to focus on developing and improving current security projects.

Conflict management is the application of strategies to actively resolve conflicting ideas, goals, and / or goals. Managers are often in conflict.
