The Texas Criminal Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal from death row prisoners in Texas at Harris County Prison in Houston.

Charles Victor Thompson was convicted of being killed in his apartment in Houston outskirts in 1998 as killing his former girlfriend and her new boyfriend and was sentenced to death.
