Mere mention of power can bring countless images to people, exemplifying accompanying variants. Some power usage can be found in government, community and individuals. It is worth noting that although these examples are minimal, they are the most extensive and powerful. Personal strength may be overlooked even before most people have themselves. This is where you can find the foundation of power. Before the community and the large government acquire power, it starts with inner self.
Next, I will explain the process in the organization. This includes concepts of power, decision-making, and communication. Power is the ability of individuals and groups to do something or change in some way. Power can come from status, economic status, knowledge, performance, personality, physical or ideological characteristics. Observing forces is one of the strongest motivators and affects the setting of goals within the organization and the availability of resources.
