The Florida State Agricultural Consumer Services Authority (FDACS) is currently accelerating applications for Florida's hidden weapons and gun licenses from all active soldiers and veterans
Active soldiers who wish to apply for hidden weapons licenses should attach copies of congruent visitor cards or other forms of official military identity cards to their applications. FDACS also accepts a copy of the current service member's order as valid identification.
Veterans who received honorable demobilization must submit a long copy of DD 214 and its application.

Currently, Florida 's hidden weapons license is the most widely recognized license of nationally released hidden weapons. Florida 's hidden weapons license in Florida is recognized in 35 different states, whereas a non - resident Florida hidden weapons license is recognized in 30 states. It is often illegal to open a carry while walking in a public place, but as is defined in Florida code 790.25 (3), there are cases that are permitted. For example, opening is permitted during hunting, fishing, camping, shooting, shooting in range, and round trip to such activities. A public ban on compliance with the law was heard in court but the ban was maintained.
The country is also increasingly relaxed to carry hidden weapons. Today there are 12 states that allow people to carry hidden weapons without license or permission. The state is also increasingly enacting laws to protect the gun industry from potential liability. These laws prohibit civilians injured in guns by manufacturing guns from gun manufacturers due to damage caused by product misuse. They also prevented municipalities from sueing gun manufacturers.
To transport a hidden pistol by a car, you need a valid California Hidden Weapons License. Otherwise, you need to remove the pistol and assault rifle during transport and secure it to the box. A long gun that is not part of an assault rifle can be transported inside the vehicle even if it is not locked in the box, but it needs to be removed. There is no Ministry of Justice "License of Dangerous Weapons" that prohibits the use of automatic weapons and short distance shotguns and rifle; it is rarely licensed outside the film industry. Suppressor (aka muffler) is disabled. Disruptive equipment is prohibited unless it is designated as an antique or relic.
