Computer in society My report is about the development of computers used by consumers in the home and the influence it has on society. Computers were developed early in the 1800's, but they are more machines than computers. The first electronic calculator operating electronically was built by Clifford Berry and John V. Atanasoff in the late 1930s and early 1940s. The computer we first learned was designed by Howard Aiken and built by IBM in 1944. The first computer called Mark I is 8 feet tall and over 55 feet long.
Computers are one of the most important inventions ever. If the computer is not invented, the technology can not evolve into its current state. Since the invention of computers, society has undergone a drastic change. Computer technology is very useful, it can even be used to make even newer and better computer equipment. Almost everything of today is somehow associated with a computer. Prior to the invention of computers, people knew little about the universe. - "Robot - Progress or frustration?" "As for robots, reality is still behind science fiction, but because robots do not fulfill their promises in the past few decades, they arrive sooner or later There is no integration of some advanced technologies bringing the era of robotics closer - smaller, cheaper, more practical, and more economical "
In the decade of the 1980s, the explosive growth of computer technology and computer use completely changed the society. Today, computers are part of everyday life, the simplest form of which is digital clocks or more complex computer management grids, telephone networks, and the world's funds. Former US ambassador Henry Glennwald of Austria best describes the function of the computer.
