Computers and Health

In my I-Search topic, as computers are increasingly used in the work environment and home environment, I decided to study health related problems. Computer technology is becoming common in the field of work. As a teacher, I use computers to provide topics to students, enter grades, send e-mails to colleagues and parents, or post homework on the internet. A decade ago, teachers and other experts used computers to a limited extent. I am interested in side effects caused by long-term use of computers, as several families due to monitor radiation complain of wrist pain and eye strain.

But, in fact, computing is growing fast. Five years have passed since I got a master's degree in Computer Science as a software engineer and I decided to acquire my PhD in Health Information Informatics. I entered a prestigious school and worked as a research assistant for a professor of computer science. The professor also served as my consultant. I like my new jobs and courses and I work hard, but I am beginning to worry that my consultants and bosses will be attracted to me.
