Scenario 1 Sarah's Flower Designs is a family-run company located in Madison, Wisconsin and consists of three employees. Sarah, the owner, handles all flower arrangements. Her assistant mark is responsible for purchasing flowers, related materials, and accepting phone calls and incremental orders from customers. Mark also maintains financial and customer record order. Kim is a delivery driver that can provide local delivery services to homes and businesses. Sarah's Flower Designs is trying to upgrade the computer system (old PC) to help meet growing customer needs.
