Computer Sabotage: Made Possible by Human Error

Regarding technology, there is always room for error in either the code that provides the function to the system or the task and operation that the user provides to the system. The army has famous words "You must be 10% smarter than your equipments". Every time an error occurs, they are often referred to as "operator errors" and condemn that the operating system has events directly, not the system itself.

The error does not fail, but growing nutrients. The computer is completely computer readable, but according to our personal experience the computer does not work.
