Society is now in the era of rapid technological change. Computers are becoming home appliances and advanced tools in most workplaces. The whole world is connected to each other via the Internet, information spreads all over the world in a matter of seconds. Computers are getting smaller and faster and faster, and the amount of information that can be stored is increasing. Currently, as we are entering the information society, new forms of advanced literacy may weaken the people who refuse to enter the computer age.

The reason for not using the Internet is because households / schools (61%) that can not connect to the Internet and computers can not read or write (51%). It is considered that there is no internet in the family because of economic reasons and low parents' educational background. Because of "competitiveness" and "survival", high level computer illiteracy rate should be a priority. Children of knowledge society today depend heavily on digital literacy.
