Mental health check (MSE) is an integral part of personal evaluation. Add additional evaluation factors such as the history of complaints and provide hints for more detailed evaluation such as cognitive evaluation and psychological tests. Power components can be assessed by observing the patient during their health history and physical assessment. According to Orem, there are 10 power components. These were first published in 1979. Patient attention and alertness may be affected by various factors such as his / her pain level, medication medication taken, developmental problems, attitudes etc. When considering these factors, it is necessary to consider these factors.
