"I am lonely like clouds" and "preserving flowers": two famous poems, two very different writing style. In this article, we examine the correlation and similarity from the relevant formal aspects and the deep meanings hidden in between the lines. We study writers using prosodic system, sound pattern, word selection, figurative language, punctuation. It also covers the writer's own background and his inspiration to better understand the two texts.
