In Africa it is often said that Chinese are "self-isolating". Chinese ethnocentricism is often provided as a virtual and non-interactive explanation. At the same time, the Chinese do not compare with other non indigenous peoples in Africa, which means that unique Chinese are self-isolated. However, due to China's semi-peripheral dynamics, it is not possible to classify the existence of modern China in Africa into a single category. Based on research, interviews and documentation, we investigated various Chinese existence in Africa, including African local language housing model and social model, and distinguished between Chinese foreigners and Chinese immigrants. Factors that influence China's adaptation include the local political environment, recent immigrants, language barriers, and corporate policies to mitigate crime and conflict. We believe that most Chinese in Africa are not self-sustaining, and isolation in Africa is not as isolated as other Asian immigrants and Caucasians.
