Most teenagers do not tell their parents where they are going when they leave. Then when they start driving, most teenagers have free range. Furthermore, as there is no tomorrow, teenagers like to parties, most of them will lead to drug and alcohol abuse in the near future and in the distant future. Therefore, no matter what parents think, curfew can not annoy young people in their teens.
