Comparing Fischer and Hall

In the novel "Entering the Thin Air", Krakauer often explains the differences and similarities between Scott Fischer and Rob Hall. The big difference between Rob Hall and Scott Fischer is their leadership style. In particular, the hall's leadership style is far more strict than Fischer's. As Krakauer emphasized, "... he poured out a lot of computer prints and detailed logistics details: menus, spare parts, tools, medicine ... availability of yak" (95). This evidence shows how to plan a specific Rob team.

Both must be able to cooperate with others. What are the qualities of Hall and Fisher's great climbers? Is it the same attribute as you need to lead an effective team? Both Hall and Fischer are those who can measure the risk of potential profits. They always think about people led by them and put their heirs on them. Hall has far more experience in most of his fields than most people do. Fischer has not much experience, but he understands the situation well.
