Compare and Contrast the Northern,Middle,Southern colonies

The southern colony began with a small settlement in Jamestown. There were several mud farms, and developed into an economy full of plantations. The south colony winter is much easier than New England and the central colony. The land is fertile and is conveniently located near the Caribbean by means of transportation. Lost Roanoke colony was the first attempt of the Virginia colony. The Virginia colony was originally established by Sir Walter Raleigh named after Queen Elizabeth. The next attempt will be made when asking Captain John Smith to establish Jamestown during the reign of King James I.

In contrast to New England, Central Colony is the main rural feature of the settlements of Virginia, Maryland, Carolina, Georgia southern settlements.
