From the end of 2015, the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN) is actively participating in #FeesMustFall campaign in South Africa, UKZN is one of the best universities in South Africa. According to a survey by Times Higher Education (2017), this survey has been ranked 4th in the country, with the recognition of education, research, knowledge production and international perspective of universities around the world. In this paper, we analyze the fundamental causes of movement, development, motivation, dynamics of UKZN # FeesMustFall in sports. It also examines the violent reaction of the police, which ultimately leads to the arrest and detention of the students, and to the response to the free high quality education request of the students.

There are 23 public higher education institutions in South Africa, divided into traditional universities or comprehensive universities (to provide theoretical and vocational training).
