When studying the Early Childhood Education Department, there are various ways and perspectives all over the world. There are various business methods in various countries, but this is mainly from a cultural point of view. In this article I will compare the department of early childhood in Ireland and the department of department of childhood in Sweden, then evaluate which is superior and why. In this article, I will explain the history, service type, staff, curriculum, education, quality and comprehensiveness of both countries to be provided.

We will select two countries and compare the care and teaching methods in early childhood. In this article I will introduce and compare early childhood care and education methods in Denmark and Ireland. It focuses especially on comparative education methods, course contents and children of minorities 0 - 6 years old enrolled in two countries' infancies. Denmark, which provides services as one of the oldest European countries, has made the welfare of families with children a top priority for the government

The situation of Early Childhood Education in the Republic of Ireland has collapsed by some unstructured, non-decentralized systems. According to my survey, this is partly due to a series of neoliberal practices. Foucault (2010) argues that the subject matter is created by "a combination of practices from the moment of coordination with the truth system" (p. 19). The truth education system of early childhood education is based on the unity of tradition, history, practice and politics, but from the Irish point of view these systems are still relatively satisfactory. Bauer (2013) believes that what this combination of practice and truth, so-called neoliberalism, will be something that does not exist. In my research, we will track the truth system of early childhood education truth system by exploring the micro and macro physics of power in neoliberal government using Foucault lens.

1) What is the current framework of Ireland? Siolta and Aistear are the latest framework for developing the Early Childhood Education Center (CECDE). Currently, Sioltas's responsibility for implementation is in the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Aistear is a framework of early childhood education. The introduction of the national service framework includes education for employees and parents. It is very important to train employees and support them as transition executives. Aistear broadens the range of strategies for employees to interact with children. I will introduce new evaluation and method to promote children's learning throughout the curriculum. When a child invites or needs intervention, the staff must support the child's learning experience through observation, hearing and interaction. Parents' involvement is very important
