The conceptual framework serves as a guide to help people observe complex organizations from various perspectives. Morgan (2006) is (a) machine, (b) living creature, (c) brain, (d) culture, (e) political regime, (f) mental prison, (g) Governing tool. Bolman and Deal (2008) proposes four frameworks: (a) structure, (b) human resources, (c) politics, and (d) symbol. You can not grasp the overall picture of the organization with a single framework. Therefore, using multiple frameworks provides a more complete organizational perspective.
