Community Volunteering

I have been active in my community and school for many years. Being part of something will help you determine your identity as a person and the principles and values ​​that you think are important. Last April, I went to Italian MHS Language Faculty and explained my personal experience that helped to demonstrate my talent and skills. Over the past ten years I have had the opportunity to travel with my family in the United States and Canada, so traveling abroad to Italy seems like a natural adventure.

Secondly, I have been a community volunteer for several years. Being a community volunteer helped me to understand that by acquiring a college degree I can help influence the lives of many homeless people. Recently, as a volunteer at United Methodist Metro Department, many homeless people were surprised that I was planning to graduate from high school almost and go to university. Someone who had a chance to see me became sad because he was unable even to write his own name. Because I can not read or write, I think his life will be lost forever. Perhaps this is one reason for his economic poverty. Such relationships with people will encourage me to continue formal education so that I can help those who seem to get lost.

Last year, I was organizer of planned custody, but it was notorious for being a volunteer. Some of my volunteers handled one-on-one meetings and planned the activities of the volunteer team. Since the spokeswoman is not a family planning employee but a friend, the possibility of attending the meeting and participating will be high. Last year I also used Hustle as the organizer of family planning in North Carolina. With this, we were able to build deeper involvement in the community. I sent text messages to many volunteer leaders and supporters, but many people feel that they are "participating" in promotional activities around the Raleigh community and continue to send text to me after the campaign It was. I invited even other promotional activities that I could not understand. Surprisingly, a little interpersonal communication via SMS helps me build relationships in the community.

The famous benefits of volunteer activities are the impact on the community. Unpaid volunteers are glue that brings community together. Volunteers allow you to connect to your community and make it a better place. Even if you help achieve the smallest work, there is a possibility that it will have a big impact on the lives of people in need, animals and organizations.
