Community Return to Custody Facilities in Colorado: A Program Evaluation

Community correction is an integral part of the Colorado state criminal justice system. The community correction program not only promotes economic practices with state funds but also provides rehabilitation services to criminals who are in irregular circumstances, thereby enhancing public safety. Structure: Implementation is planned for 22 states in Jeonju (including one juvenile correction facility, six medication treatment facilities, four junior high schools, two high schools, nine communities or community centers). Relationship between physical activity (including sports) and academic achievement at school

More than a quarter (28%) of orthodontic facilities have a dismissal program to allow prisoners to work in the area during the day that they are not under the supervision of facility staff and return to the facility at night . Classification is an ongoing process to gather and assess information on each prisoner to determine the need for prisoners' risk and appropriate restrictions, treatment, planning, and employment distribution, both within the facility and in the community. It tries to prepare prisoners to return to society while balancing prisoners, departments and public interests. This system is designed to objectively evaluate the safety, care and treatment needs of prisoners. Regardless of legal status and sentence length, it applies to all prisoners. DOC also assesses the needs of prisoners in seven areas: medical, mental health, education, professional and professional skills, drug abuse, treatment of sex offenders, and family, shelter, and community resources .
