Community Outreach

In Gulfor, our mission of improving and enriching our lives is far beyond the patient community that we serve. Through a powerful community relationship program, we will help build a strong and vibrant community in areas where employees live and work.

Every year, Grifol's employees spend voluntary time spending countless hours to improve the lives of people in need. Grifols encourages employees to participate in community encouragement events and supports various regional and national careers through donations, corporate sponsorships, and company-wide volunteer programs.

The Grifols Community Relations program focuses on programs to improve neighbors' health, science education and workforce development, and civic and community programs.

"Working with local communities" is synonymous with contribution and service. Approach to the local community is to conduct local educational activities through exchanges with the target communities. This means returning to the surrounding community not only by providing time and money but also by sharing our expertise. Outreach activities are activities that directly affect driver's behavior through local exchange. They are respected and aim to educate the public about specific issues through regional communication channels. The term "outreach" usually refers to "efforts to improve the availability and use of services through direct intervention and exchanges with local residents."

Community outreach workers within the human range of service are members of committees committed to non-profit organizations and government agencies, community involvement and educational institutions and their goals. Community outreach workers are the main contacts and organizers of organizational volunteers. Volunteers are recruited through various community activities designed and implemented by workers who encourage local communities. In addition to volunteer coordination, community outreach workers work with community partners to promote the goal of organizing community and volunteer education. Community outreach workers also participate in community fundraising activities and decide sponsors list based on past donation or possibility of future donation. An example of this is a worker working on a community working for a domestic violence shelter.

Working on Communities Police and emergency services throughout the country have begun to use social media as a platform for encouraging communities.
