To understand the inclusion and organizational structure principles in various occupational backgrounds, it is important to expand individual understanding of various introspective learning models and raise awareness of inclusiveness and diverse values. It is included in various comprehensive practical ideologies. Personal understanding of occupational background and consideration of various personal attributes necessary for nurturing and providing service users are equally important.

Inclusive education is the "hot" theme of today's education, and there are various positions in inclusive education. One of the goals is to allow employees and students to understand all the groups within the regional and national communities. In addition, inclusive education may be regarded as equivalent to mainstream students with special needs in regular classroom environments. In recent years, supporters of inclusive education think that 40% of intellectually disabled students are still educated in an isolated environment and they are eligible to receive inclusive education (Porter, 2004). Reviewing the current educational policy in most Canadian provinces shows that it is a major policy to include disabled students in general classrooms (Hutchinson, 2007). Inclusive is the right for children and parents to participate in mainstream schools and special schools, schools are responsible for accepting children and making reasonable adjustments as necessary. Successful integration of children with disabilities and special needs into our school system depends on the belief that all children equally have the opportunity to receive high quality education. Inclusive education is not a project, place, or classroom. This is a way to live and understand the real world. In fact, this is the world of people with all sizes, shapes, colors, and abilities. Inclusive education covers these differences and has a system that welcomes and supports the needs of children with all abilities. It promotes growth and value diversity. Inclusive education promotes participation and makes selection possible. In addition, inclusive education brings benefits to everyone.
