Communism and democratic communism, social concepts or systems whose main resources and means of production are possessed by the community rather than individuals. In theory, these societies share all work equally, on an as-needed basis, based on capacity and all profits. Such a society will not have a ruler as some concepts about communist society, after all, believe that a compulsory government is unnecessary. But before reaching the final stage, communism involved abolition of private property by revolutionary movements, then the state took responsibility to meet the public needs (Daniels 177).

Communism and democracy are two different ideologies that have had a great impact on the world. Communism can be called socioeconomic structure representing classless society, equalism and statelessness. Democracy is a political governance system carried out by people directly or by representatives chosen. Communism is a political ideology based on joint ownership, with emphasis on equality and impartiality. In communism, power belongs to a group of people who decide on action policy. It is this group of people that decides the activities of the general public. These people may interfere with the lives of other people. On the other hand, democracy also expresses equality in society, democracy is dominated by a group of people elected by the election. Democracy is the rule of people, elected representatives will surely satisfy society's wishes.

Liquid democracy is a subset of democracy and a powerful voting model for collective decision making in large communities. Liquid democracy combines the advantages of direct democracy and representative democracy to build a true democratic voting system that enables voters to vote directly on issues and delegate voting rights to trusted parties. By giving authority, people with domain-specific knowledge can have a better effect on the outcome of the decision and lead to better governance throughout the country. For this reason, Liquid Democracy will naturally evolve into elite politics. The decision is made primarily by people with the knowledge and experience necessary to make informed decision-making decisions.
