Communication is Fundamental to Social Work

We hope to demonstrate core communication skills and development skills, and demonstrate the ability to talk to people and develop a thoughtful and effective relationship (Social Work Institute, 2014). Communication skills are the foundation of social work and every aspect of its role involves communication. In order to effectively communicate, social workers need to understand the forms of communication, ie nonverbal, linguistic, body language, documented and understood communication barriers.

Communication skills are the foundation of social work practice. The main factor that affects customer-oriented simulation is empathy. Empathy social work reduces resistance and increases the amount of information disclosed by customers. Therefore, empathy seems to be at the center of social work communication viewed from the point of view of child protection. Effective communication skills are one of the most important elements of social worker work. - You know that indigenous children account for only 4% of the population. (Bird & Macadam, 83). This is not that large number, but 80 to 95% of this number of children are receiving sexual abuse. This number is very high as these children are not treated like any other nationality. They are placed in boarding schools, where pastors, nuns and others can take inappropriate action simply because they are indigenous children.

Respect and sensitivity are important in all social structures of indigenous society. Respecting the elderly, land, animals, and ancestors is a fundamental aspect of indigenous culture. It is therefore important that such practical materials provide a respectful and participatory exchange with indigenous culturally sensitive guidelines. After the death of some communities, you may notice that the name of the deceased and the reference to the deceased are not respected in the general conversation. In such a case you can refer to the deceased using a different name. This practice may last several months or years until all relevant rituals are over.

The real goal of community work is aggressive social change. In most cases, the ideal situation is to improve the quality of life for a particular group or individual within the community. This usually means changing attitudes towards domestic violence, such as the basic aspects of the community's way of thinking and work, ie, education and environmental protection efforts, consumption of alcohol and unhealthy food, and social justice I will.
