Communication as a Stabilizing Means As is proven in various American indigenous texts, communication is the greatest challenge for indigenous peoples. Because they can not establish a good relationship with the outside world. We often see non-state actors disposing impressive abilities to divert their attention and move to the theater. There is no neighborhood in this battle
Security and stability are similar but different. If security is not achieved, it means perception of personal safety. Stability means that the community you live in is not experiencing meaningful changes or expecting to experience. In other words, you can reasonably predict that your investment in living with your family is stable. Safety and stability are not related to me. We are a really safe city. To be fair, however, as the Millennial generation grows families their perception of safety and stability changes. Where are you walking the dog in the city? Can the whole family walk around late at night? What happens if the car breaks down on the night of six blocks from home?
