Advances in media technology always influence our communication methods, but even if things change, the basic aspects of communication and culture do not change.

Fordham's communication and cultural programs use an interdisciplinary approach to communication between people and the media. Inspired by the humanities and social sciences, you explore ways to communicate and reflect human experiences.

Combining theory and practice, our curriculum fills the gap between academic concepts and everyday situations. You will learn the strategic application of communication theory, tools and technology. Learn the powerful economic and political roles of the media in today's world. And you will contemplate the great responsibility of intermediary communication power.
