Common Elements in Creation Myths

The essence of man is to know the unknown and find the answer. The foundation of almost all cultures is a creative myth that explains how earth miracles are formed. These myths have had a great impact on people's reference framework. They affect how people think about the world and how they relate to the surroundings. Despite being separated by many geographical barriers, many cultures have evolved creation myths with the same basic elements.

Many creative myths begin with the theme of birth. This may be because birth represents a new life and the beginning of life on the planet may be considered to be similar to the beginning of a child's life. This is closely related to the mother's and father's ideas that exist in the creation of the world. Mothers and fathers do not always produce life on the planet. Sometimes creation does not occur to the generation after the formation of the first God
