Commanding Heights (CH) is a three-part documentary explaining the battle of economic thought in the First World War (PBS, 2002). In the first episode we talked about the emergence of the Cairns agreement and the superiority of the Soviet economic model. The second episode is the result of the victory of a free enterprise in a centralized national plan and its good and bad aspects. Finally, episode 3 explains the emergence of a globalized economy and the creation of (re) "game rules".
