Commanding Heights (CH) is a three-part documentary explaining the battle of economic thought in the First World War (PBS, 2002). In the first episode we talked about the emergence of the Cairns agreement and the superiority of the Soviet economic model. The second episode is the result of the victory of a free enterprise in a centralized national plan and its good and bad aspects. Finally, episode 3 explains the emergence of a globalized economy and the creation of (re) "game rules". In this commentary we will briefly explain the details of discussion at each documentary and replace it with a major discussion on development theory. I will also talk to some of the conclusions discussed in the documentary as agents interviewed in the film later developed new insights into new theories.

The height of command of episode 3: The new rule is the third movie of the series on the economy of the 21st century. Under the guidance of Michael Sullivan, PBS sponsored this movie to promote economic conditions. They talk about how the economy fits today's situation. How does the world nationalize the countries of the third world, allowing exchange and investment? In the third episode, we will explain current and future problems of the globalized world.
