It is not easy to establish a respected business entering the United States. To accomplish such a big job for a dreamer, a person with business insight, or not, I need decisive ability, sleepless nights, and expertise. My parents opened a small medical institution called Internal Medicine Associates to realize this dream in 2002. Looking back on my past experience at the medical association, ownership of small businesses of my parents is an important factor in shaping my personal growth. When my parents started working, the hospitals and offices they visited became my second hometown.

Small business owners are people who build and manage their business to achieve their personal goals. They often view their business as a major source of income and their own extension. In other words, SMEs are mainly those who create their own business to earn money, do not want bigger growth, or take over the existing company of someone else. They usually do not want to stand in the field they operate, and they are not interested in innovation or marketing. These include small convenience stores, owners of online business, or self-employed persons such as hairdressers and businessmen.
