There is an associated research field that can lead to a career in the field of health and fitness. At universities such as Emory University and Oshak College, I major in health and fitness major. Another general and closely related major is the kinematics and sports sciences available at many leading universities such as the West Point Military Academy, Rice University, and the University of Southern California. If you do not want to focus on these areas, or want to pursue other areas, there are many other options worth considering. Related research areas may lead to occupation in physical therapy, medicine, nutrition, sports management, sports training, or physical education. By transforming your health and fitness interest into a serious career pursuit, you are really interesting and may find an important career to you.
Minor: It's your second research field. Less courses of college students than special subjects. At college, students are not normally required to attend minors. Many student minors are major in their main field. For example, a student who wants to become a science journalist can major in journalism and major in biology.
Students who choose to enroll in traditional universities or universities will spend an average of 4 years studying undergraduate degrees.
