Since university students with disabilities continue to increase pressure on higher education, emphasis is placed on the importance of the lowest undergraduate degree at accredited universities or universities. In the past 10 years, the number of enrollees of learning disabled students has increased. One of eleven full-time first graders who entered university in 1998 reported self-failure.

In the past two decades, the number of students with disabilities has dramatically increased. The range of services offered and the number of plans available in this queue will increase accordingly. Unfortunately, there are few studies that office administrators of disabled students believe the importance of service components is important to ensure equal access to education for disabled students. 62 surveys were conducted to identify services that higher education practitioners in higher education believe are essential to ensure equal access to education for disabled students. The main purpose of this paper is to explain the research process used to decide which service component failure service provider thinks to be important in order to promote equal educational opportunities for disabled university students . It has become an integral part of many university campus communities. The practitioner seems to think that setting clear and legitimate parameters for the OSD and its students is a priority.
