Previous studies have shown that educational expectations of rural students, registration rates and compliance rates for their higher education are often lower than those without hearing. This research aims to support policy makers of the Midwestern Regional Education Research Institute (REL) and other stakeholders and provides policy advice on improving the achievement of higher education for rural students in the region .

This resource is a central source of information and expertise on the success of higher education and is provided by a college and a career preparation and success center (CCRS center) that does not support intervention or field research. The CCRS Center provides regional integration centers to build national capacity to effectively implement primary and secondary education laws related to the preparation of universities and careers under the fund of the US Department of Education I will.
