The Cold War: narrowing the gap with peace It may be argued that the Cold War has divided the world still existing today. It also divides the relationship between the country and other countries. However, these people did not realize that the major superpowers of the Cold War are approaching more than ever. The United States and Russia (formerly America) are now working together to further limit the number of strategic weapons by the solution of SALT I and SALT II. There are many other fields where the relationship between the US and Russia is nearer than ever.

The United States and Russia (formerly America) are now working together to further limit the number of strategic weapons by the solution of SALT I and SALT II. - If communication is insufficient, conflicts may occur between members of different generations. Under a diverse workforce, understanding others better can increase the efficiency of the working environment. But here we are talking about generations. Even my military, most Marines are often younger than 30 years old and there are obvious generations too. More importantly, the private sector has multiple generations of labor.
