This article briefly outlines Gardner's Multiple Intelligence Theory (MI). We also discuss the strengths and criticisms of this theory in the field of cognitive development. We also discuss the applicability of Gardner's theory to my personal development. The last section introduces the application of this theory in the advisory framework. This will be endorsed by discussing the theoretical directionality that best uses Gardner's theory. Theoretical Overview Gardner's MI theory provides a different view of intelligence that measures intelligence based on the current prediction of the educational system's success.
