Code of Ethical Conduct and Statement of Commitment

NAEYC's opinion statement on ethical code of conduct describes the core values ​​of childcare and education in early childhood and the conceptual framework of this norm. The four sections of this Code cover the professional and ethical responsibilities of children, families, colleagues (colleagues, employers and employees), and practitioners to the community and society. The principles that guide the ideal and practice of exemplary practice are shown in each of the four sections.

In the context of corporate ethics there are endless values, code of conduct, and ethical commitment. In these statements, the organization promises to carry out the business in an ethical manner and provides transparency to the public (mainly shareholders and stakeholders) about the intention of them to do business. It is common for employees to see the values ​​described in company publicity, but as a general experience, the evaluation of "lifetime" values ​​of employees is done only during the performance evaluation period.

As in the past, the present "Code of Ethics for Declaration of Interpretation" is the central foundation for professional guidance on nurse decision making and behavior. As before, the current ethical guidelines with explanations (ANA, 2015b) form the central foundation of professional guidance on nurse decision making and behavior. It establishes ethical standards that are not negotiable in all roles and in all environments. The guidelines are written by nurses to express an understanding of social occupational commitment. It describes the value, obligation, responsibility and career desire of occupation. Terms and descriptions reflect a wide range of expectations, but do not clarify accurate activities and actions.
