Various evaluation models have been developed to enable coaches to evaluate customers from various perspectives. Most of these models are used only as tools and provide a model for recording observations. The ideal evaluation model is a tool to get the structure in the framework of coach encounter. The coach is not limited to the parameters of the model, but the model should provide guidance for client evaluation. In other words, with this model, the coach can create a reference frame for customer's observation.

In this article, I will explain the academic consultation model of social welfare department. Let's take a quick look at how you can use academic guidance to support social welfare. Next, I outline the theoretical basis for leading program development and highlight the evaluation results of the plan. Finally, we discussed the impact on future plans and evaluations. Academic counseling is a modern approach to supporting and maintaining students in higher education (Bettinger & Baker, 2014). Scholars and practitioners focused on supporting the development of academic skills and investigated the use with the Department of Social Welfare (Bettinger & Baker, 2014; Parker & Boutail, 2009). In the next section we will briefly examine the impact of academic guidance on student success and explain humanitarian psychology and self-regulation.

The increase in the number of students with disabilities participating in higher education and the diversity of these obstacles are casting challenges for higher education institutions to meet the unique needs of these students. Academic guidance is known to be effective in improving student success and is a way to help meet the needs of students with disabilities. This paper introduces academic guidance models of students with disabilities, discusses the theoretical foundation for model development, and summarizes the results of project evaluation.

Joshua Mitchell and Ann M. Gansemer-Topf of Iowa State University explained the advantages of providing academic guidance to disabled students.
