The Clinton administration has participated in quite a few political and personal turmoil in various ways. President Clinton is commonly seen as an unethical figure in his personal life and in political life hiding dirty trade without any problems. Even if these claims do not have legal grounds, the public and his politicians do not believe that he is an able leader any longer. He obviously had distorted the wording of the question, even if it hid behind the technology he did not help his image.

The political era dominated by this scandal played a role in explaining Clinton's heritage scandal. Clinton was not the first president who raised the incident or other scandal, but his personal life was of course the subject of the most rigorous scrutiny and federal government investigation.
