Observation in the classroom On February 22, 2014, I attended a second year student at Smallville elementary school, but the course started from 0755. This second grade class has 26 children. There are 15 male students and 11 female students. Student diversity is two Hispanic Americans, one African American, one East Indian and one New Zealand (white but very transplanted).
Children will be evaluated by the teacher's observation. Through observation, the teacher evaluates the behavior of the children in the classroom. These observations are reported in the form of anecdotal reports that help teachers plan future plans and follow-up activities. Because language is the key to acquiring knowledge, skill level of native language development is very important in childhood. Our mother tongue is Creole. It is used for preschool education, but uses more English and French. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology plans to use Creole as an alternative language for education. Children who can not cope with hardships to read, write and count problems use their mother tongue to learn the basics, and they can transfer basic skills to other courses they study at school I will. Therefore, preschool educators can use Creole to help children understand basic skills.
There are many reports of violence against children in the classroom, but the SC / US report shows that there is little discipline and order in the classroom. Usually, children will be in the classroom, the class is late or early. The teachers' expectation for the students is very low. The bad student's grades are not the responsibility of the teacher but are considered by the student. Many students are afraid of teachers. There are few student-teacher interactions, and in many cases even if the number of students in the class is not too large, the teacher does not know the name of their student. Student registration may also be misleading. Although the enrollment rate of students in Afghanistan is higher than three years ago, the enrollment rate of many students is very low25. Language is another obstacle for classroom learning. There are two recognized languages in Dari and Pashto of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
