Conclusion My classroom management philosophy includes the following items. My goal is to provide a classroom so that students can be treated equal. I will not disappoint my students or mark them with behavioral problems. I think all children have the right to study in my classroom. I think all teachers have the right to teach in a safe environment without external interference. I believe that classroom management should be creative in order to ensure the safety of students based on trust rather than fear.
