Section 1 Introduction The definition of civilization occurs when society moves from complex legal, political and religious organizations to sophisticated social development. There are several definitions of civilization such as "slow progress of people from barbarism to civilization", "high quality of thought, attitude, preference", "wise man", "person coexisting systematically" .

This article explores two important issues surrounding civil society interaction, freedom and development. In particular, I point out special virtues indispensable for economic exchange and prosperity, and I am trying to explore the potential sources of these virtues. My analysis focuses on the more important virtue of supporting economic exchanges and production, not focusing on traditional virtues such as justice and love. While trust, respect, and personal motivation encourages and supports market activities and exchanges that contribute to economic development, compliance or collectivism allows individuals to participate in innovative business activities

Many people around the world believe that everyone has certain rights and freedoms given by God, or simply because they are human beings. Citizen's freedom means freedom that does not receive arbitrary interference, such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of life. In the United States, without proper legal proceedings, the government can not deprive or weaken these personal liberties. The freedom of the citizens in the United States is protected by the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights, and these are called constitution amendments. The freedom of protected citizens includes proper treatment rights, equal protection rights, and state laws that prevail over federal law. It is important for understanding to distinguish between civil rights and freedom of citizens. Because navigating governments and legal systems on these issues can be confusing.
