Many developments in social life and the Constitution correspond to the revolution between 1860 and 1877. Some of the main events that occurred during this period were the liberation of the southern states, the civil war, the thirteenth, the fourteenth, the fifteenth amendments, and the reconstruction. In 1860, South Carolina announced the reason for division. The State of South Carolina is the first to leave and their main reason is that their power is restricted by the federal government. They feel they need to be separated as they are not sovereign.

While all pacifists oppose the war between national states, pacifists have always supported military conflicts in the context of civil war or revolution. For example, during the American Civil War, the former members of the American Peace Association and some Non-Resistance Associations argued that they are doing "police activities" against the Federation, supporting the Union's military operations and their separation I believed the doctrine as a criminal. After the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War, French pacifist Rene Gellan (1892 - 1957) called for support for the Republic of Spain. Gérin believes that the Spanish nationalist is "equal to the enemy of the individual" and that the war effort of the Republic is equivalent to the actions for domestic police force to suppress crime.

The Spanish civil war (Spanish: La Guerra Civil) or war (Spanish: La Guerra) occurred between 1936 and 1939, the Spanish Civil War (Spanish: Guerra Civil Española). Republicans, the second Spanish Republic and related cities from the left, fight against anarchists and communists, nationalists led by General Francisco Franco, Carlist, Catholics, basically aristocratic groups. This political war is often expressed as a struggle between democracy and fascism, especially due to the political situation and the timing surrounding it. In the beginning of 1939, the nationalists won and dominated all of Spain until Franco died in November 1975.

Spanish fascism led by general Franco and nationalists is another story. It is rooted in the fear of civil war, communism and anarchism. Franco and nationalists claim to be defenders of Christian civilization against communists and anarchists who tried to destroy Spain. German fascism comes from anger. After the punishment and impossibility of the Palace of Versailles, compensation for the Germans still exists. It is the anti-communist racism, which is attracting the national identity of Germany, which we believe is now the hegemony of the Aryans. The attempted extinction of all the Jews attracted the most attention, but Nazi indiscriminately tried to eliminate homosexuals, gypsies and all other unpleasant elements to make pure Germany.
