The Medici family (/ mɛdɪtʃi / MED-i-chee; Italian pronunciation :) is an Italian banker and political dynasty that started to build up its position under the Cosimo de 'Medici of the Republic of Florence in the first half of the 15th century. Families were born in the Mugello region of Tuscany and gradually prospered until they were able to fund Medici banks. The bank became the largest bank in Europe in the 15th century, promoting the emergence of Medicis as a politician in Florence despite formally becoming a citizen rather than a monarch before the 16th century.

Abstract In this article, we will examine the domination and control of Florence by the Medici. The main focus of this paper is Cosimo de 'Medici, which is responsible for making the family power. In the first chapter, his business and family relationship, and these relationships examine how to help him gain power. In chapter 2 we will explain the role of Cosimo as a guardian of art and learning and how to expand its impact. In chapter 3 we will look at Cosimo 's grandson Lorenzo de' Medici and how to continue to rule the Medici family in Florence, paying special attention to the role he is as guardian and his grandfather.

Lorenzo's grandfather, Cosimo de'Medici, was the first member of the Medici family who led the Republic of Florence and managed the Medici Bank. As one of the wealthiest people in Europe, Cosimo uses most of its property for government and social contributions, such as regular patrons of the arts and finance companies of public works. Lorenzo's uncle Giovanni di Cosimo de Medici takes care of the family's commercial interest while Lorenzo's father Piero di Cosimo de Medici is also the center of life for citizens of Florence. Lorenzo's mother, Lucrezia Tornabuoni, is a sonnet writer, a friend of a poet and a philosopher of Medici Academy. After the death of my father and uncle, she became my son's consultant.
