Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus: Roman politician, Cincinnatus is known for his selfless devotion to the Republic. During the national crisis he dominated Rome and soon beat the threat to that country. After his victory and restoration of national security, he gave up his power. In 458 BC, Cincinnati was appointed a dictator to rescue the consular force surrounded by enemy troops. Cincinnati defeated the enemy in a day and maintained the authority of 15 days long enough to overcome the emergency and make Rome (leadership in 2001)

Civic education center was established in 1964 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California. The origin of the center can be traced back to the interdisciplinary committee on citizen education established by the University of California. This center is working on educational materials focusing on citizen's responsibility. There are two main offices in this organization, Los Angeles, California and Washington DC. This center is the founder of "our people", an educational program on the history and principles of American constitutional democracy, suitable for elementary and junior high school students.
