Knowledge management is important because it increases the ability to learn from the environment and integrate knowledge into business processes (Laudon & Laudon 2012). Since Bob is about to retire, proper knowledge management is important for city views. As he leaves, the vast amount of knowledge he has acquired during his career may not be available to them.

Smart City is a vision of urban development aimed at integrating information communication technology (ICT) and Internet Internet technology (IoT) technology in a secure way to manage urban assets. These assets include the information systems of the local sector, schools, libraries, transportation systems, hospitals, power plants, water networks, waste management, law enforcement agencies and other community services. Smart City is being urged to use urban information and technology to improve service efficiency. With ICT, city officials can talk directly with the community and urban infrastructure to monitor what is going on in the city, how the city is evolving, and how to improve the quality of life . Collect, process and analyze data from citizens and devices using sensors integrated with real-time monitoring system. Collected information and knowledge is the key to solving inefficiency

Connectivity, Accessibility, Security Layer The people, objects, and systems of Smart City are interrelated. While protecting information and users, it is important to be able to connect all three seamlessly and to manage and verify who is connected and shared with whom. The top priority for smartcity is to provide a seamless and reliable connection layer. Smart City is a complex ecosystem of people, processes, policies, technologies, and other promoters that collaborate to achieve various outcomes. Smart City is not exclusively owned by that city. Other value creator are also involved, sometimes collaborating, sometimes collaborating. Successful and sustainable Smart City employs a procedural approach to involve stakeholders throughout the ecosystem
