La Habra Community Services celebrates Red Ribbon Week from 22 to 26 October. This year's theme is "Your life is your journey, travel is non-toxic!" Posters and essay contests will be held as usual. Students from kindergarten to 5th grade are invited to participate in the poster decoration contest and students from 6th grade to 12th grade are invited to participate in the essay writing contest. Contest submission deadline is community center at 5 pm. The breakfast of Red Ribbon will be held on Thursday, October 18th from 6:30 am to 8am on October 25th. The guest is David Morrison of La Habra Police Sergeant. A poster and essay design competition winner will be announced at breakfast and will announce the winning poster.
